Our Values

We create a safe place to work. We care about each other. Safety has an equal voice. Our food is safe.

We do the right thing, not the easy thing. We have the courage to take the business somewhere. We act with grit, determination, and urgency. We are open to be vulnerable, take risks and learn quickly.

We build open and trusting relationships. We are transparent and speak the truth. We do what we say and keep our promises.

We are more than the sum of our parts. We work creatively for better outcomes and embrace diversity. We are prepared to hold the tension and aim for collaboration not cooperation.
